Commitment can be hard. We've made it easy.
Every 100ml fragrance comes with a complimentary 2ml sample to test before committing to your new fragrance. Test the sample vial before opening the perfume box.
If you decide the fragrance is not right for you, send us an email and return your purchase within 7 days for a full refund. Return shipping costs will be at the customers expense.
Please ensure you do not remove or tamper with the sealed perfume box. Any box that is deemed, at our discretion, to be opened or tampered with, will not be eligible for a refund.
FYI: This policy does not apply to our Melbourne Trio. If you'd like to try before you buy, we suggest purchasing the Melbourne Flight Deck first. The cost of the Flight Deck can be redeemed on your next purchase.
Faulty Fragrance
Contact us below or send an email at hello@ficifolia.com within 60 days and we'll do our best to help you out. We will ask for proof of purchase and photos showing and demonstrating the fault. A replacement may be sent at the discretion of the Ficifolia team.
Allergic Reaction
People suffering from skin sensitivity should use caution when using perfumes. We strongly advise using the 2ml sample given with every purchase to test on the skin before opening the product.
In the extremely unlikely instance that you've had an allergic reaction to a product, immediately discontinue use of the product, take a photo of the reaction, and contact us.
Allergy-related returns must be less than 20% used to qualify for a refund.
